The site is situated in the historical center of the town Dettingen an der Erms, Germany. Considering the traditional context of the surrounding buildings, we designed the new residential buildings with pitched roofs. For the facades we chose prefabricated fair-faced concrete elements, wooden framework for the balconies, and wide glass fronts.

The energy concept for the building complex uses three regenerative energy sources: solar panels, geothermal heat pump systems, and radiation absorption through glass face elements.

The completion of the project is scheduled for spring 2017.
